Composite lighting poles

Intended use

Composite light poles are used for lightning of highway and highway crossings, streets, land areas, public transport stops, industrial and community facilities.

Design

Depending on the operating conditions and installation requirements of composite lighting poles are manufactured in several versions:
  • flanged anchoring to concrete base or to the embedded item, pre-installed in the ground;
  • full upright position installed in the pre-prepared excavation pit with the subsequent pouring concrete;
  • with pressure-tight a temporary opening at the base of pole for underground laying supply cables.

Advantages:

  • low weight of products reduces transportation costs. Poles can be installed by a group of 2-3 workers;
  • durability, low maintenance costs: resistant to corrosion, do not require additional maintenance procedures and painting;
  • resistant to ultraviolet radiation: coating of poles contains UV-resistant components;
  • high passive safety;
  • dielectric;
  • resistant to weathering impact: strong wind loads (evaluations according to AASHTO) and low temperature values (composite becomes even stronger); do not deteriorate due to high acidity of soil, rainfalls and salty air;
  • eco friendly;
  • can be painted in any colour.
